Guidance for Clients

What to Expect During Your Legal Consultation

1. How should I prepare my documents?

Organize your documents in strict chronological order. Bring original contracts, registered deeds, notices received by post, and proof of postage. Having a short one-page timeline of events helps counsel assess your remedies immediately.

2. Can a matter be resolved without filing a suit?

Yes. Where appropriate, we actively utilize pre-litigation mediation, statutory notices, and commercial settlement conferences to resolve grievances without the delay and expense of trial.

3. What are the office consultation hours?

Consultations at our Govandi (Mumbai) and Ulwe (Navi Mumbai) offices take place from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday), to accommodate morning court appearances before the Bombay High Court and City Civil Court.

4. Are phone or video consultations available?

Yes. For clients across Mumbai or outstation litigants, we hold structured phone consultations and video conferences after review of digital brief copies.
